I can't make a deposit. What should I do?

If you are unable to make a deposit, several reasons are possible:

 

• Your balance is insufficient: reload your bank or prepaid card and try again

• You made an error in your information (card number, expiration date, etc.): check your information and try again

• You have reached your usage limit: try again later

• A technical problem occurred at the bank: try again later

• You have activated a pause on our site: you must wait until the end of the set period to make a new deposit
