You can only cancel a withdrawal if the request has not yet been processed. To find out if it is still possible to cancel a withdrawal, check the transaction history on your account.
You can cancel a withdrawal if it shows the status "pending". In this case, simply click on the "Cancel" button represented by a trash can.
If the "Cancel" button does not appear, your withdrawal request is being processed or has already been processed. Contact our customer service for more information.
